SmallBoss Rain Boot PVC Compound is a high-waterproof, low-temperature-flexible formulation engineered specifically for injection-molded rain boots and waterproof footwear. Unlike general-purpose shoe compounds, our formulation maintains flexibility and crack resistance down to -15°C, ensuring comfortable wear in cold and wet environments.
Designed for single-body injection molding at 160-200°C, our compound delivers excellent flow properties, fast cycle times, and superior surface finish. With customizable hardness from Shore A 55 to 75, it supports a wide range of boot styles from lightweight fashion rain boots to heavy-duty industrial safety footwear.
