SmallBoss PVC Foam Compound for Footwear is a specially engineered flexible PVC compound with integrated chemical blowing agent, designed for injection molding of lightweight, cushioned shoe soles. The compound activates controlled microcellular expansion during processing, reducing sole density by 30-50% compared to solid PVC while maintaining excellent surface finish and mechanical strength.

Available in three grade series: SB-FS-L (Ultra-Light, density 0.4-0.6 g/cm3 for slippers and sandals), SB-FS-C (Comfort, density 0.6-0.8 g/cm3 for casual footwear), and SB-FS-S (Sport, density 0.8-0.9 g/cm3 for athletic and safety shoes). Ca/Zn stabilization system, REACH/RoHS compliant, with custom hardness from Shore A 45 to 80.
