I. Core Adaptable Processes
1. Injection Molding Process
Core features: Strong mold adaptability, high product precision and outstanding mass production efficiency, suitable for small and medium-sized parts and precision parts processing; Adaptable particles: Both rigid and soft PVC particles are available. PVC modified materials can be customized for enhanced, weather-resistant and other properties, with good fluidity of plastic particles; Typical applications: Injection molded plastic products, precision hardware inserts, mold factory supporting forming.
2. Extrusion Process
Core features: High production efficiency, wide adaptability, and it is the main mass production process; Adaptable particles: Rigid/soft PVC particles, plastic particles. PVC modified materials can be adapted to different extrusion equipment, with high purity and good meltability; Typical applications: PVC pipes, profiles, sheets and other extruded products.
3. Blow Molding Process
Core features: Suitable for hollow products with moderate mold cost; Adaptable particles: Mainly soft PVC particles. PVC modified materials can optimize toughness, and plastic particles melt uniformly; Typical applications: PVC hollow containers, plastic bottles, soft hollow sheaths.
II. Other Common PVC Forming Processes
1. Calendering Process
Core features: Produce continuous thin/thick sheets and films with uniform thickness and high efficiency; Adaptable particles: Mainly soft PVC particles, which can be used by adding plasticizers, and a small amount of rigid PVC particles can be made into thick sheets; Typical applications: PVC soft films, artificial leather, floor leather, rigid thick sheets, which can be secondary formed.
2. Dip Molding Process
Core features: Good substrate coating, corrosion resistance and anti-skid; Adaptable particles: Soft/semi-rigid PVC particles; Typical applications: Metal guardrail dip molding, tool handle coating.
3. Other Supplementary Processes
Blister is also called vacuum forming, which is suitable for rigid PVC particles and is suitable for thin-walled special-shaped parts and packaging parts; Rotational molding and lamination processes are suitable for rigid/semi-rigid PVC particles, which are used for large-scale non-standard hollow parts and composite thick plate processing respectively, and can cover large parts and non-standard parts scenarios.
III. Core Supply Advantages
The PVC particles, PVC modified materials and plastic particles we supply can be fully adapted to the above various processes. We can customize products according to customers' process and mold requirements, with good fluidity and stable mass production. We provide full-process selection guidance to help customers reduce costs and improve quality.
