SmallBoss Specialty Rigid PVC Compound is a high-performance modified PVC pellet series designed for extrusion and injection molding applications that demand exceptional environmental resistance. Our compounds are engineered to maintain mechanical integrity, color stability, and dimensional accuracy under extreme cold (-40°C), prolonged UV exposure (3000+ hours), and elevated temperatures (up to 105°C continuous service).
Three specialized grades are available: Cold-Resistant (brittleness temperature ≤ -40°C), UV-Resistant (weatherable for outdoor profiles, ΔE ≤ 3 after 3000h QUV), and High-Temperature (continuous service up to 105°C). All grades comply with REACH, RoHS, and ASTM D1784 standards, ensuring global market acceptance.
