1. Physical properties of PVC compound

6. Processing performance of PVC compound
PVC is an amorphous high polymer. Due to its poor thermal stability, it contains a small amount of HCl released at this temperature, which promotes its further decomposition. Alkaline stabilizers and HCl must be added to suppress its catalytic cracking reaction. For PVC, resin properties related to processing include particle size, thermal stability, molecular weight, bulk density, purity and foreign impurities, and porosity.
