Small Boss began in Tongxiang in 1992 with the establishment of Tongxiang Dama Special Plastic Products Factory. After ten years of development and upgrades in capacity and product portfolio, the company was officially renamed Tongxiang Small Boss Special Plastic Products Co., Ltd. in 2002. Based in Tongxiang Economic Development Zone, Zhejiang, Small Boss develops and manufactures PVC compounds, custom PVC extrusion profiles, PVC/vinyl sheet piles and HDPE MBBR bio media.
The facility occupies approximately 42,000 m², with 64,314.88 m² of certified building area. The company has more than 350 employees, R&D personnel account for more than 30% of the workforce, and over 150 production lines support a combined monthly capacity of more than 12,000 metric tons.
In terms of quality management and industry status, the company fully implements ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 management systems, and strictly complies with international standards such as REACH and RoHS. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a national "Little Giant" enterprise of specialization, refinement, differentiation and innovation, and a Zhejiang Provincial Model Unit for Trade Secret Protection. As a promoter of industry standardization, it has participated in formulating the industrial standard Biofilm Carriers for Wastewater Treatment (HG/T 5924-2021) and the group standard Technical Code for Application of Plastic Sheet Piles (T/CSPSTC 180-2025). Its core product, SmallBoss® Ecological Sheet Piles for Slope Protection and Flood Control, has been listed in the Ministry of Water Resources Science and Technology Promotion Catalogue for its excellent performance and eco-friendliness (RoHS and REACH certified, non-toxic coating-free production, and ecological holes reserved for aquatic organisms).
